As part of the Smart Locking Group, Keynius designs and produces our innovative, state-of-the-art locking software, locking hardware and connectivity-ware in-house, utilising a hands-on development team.
The smart locking system we have developed is now in demand all over the world. By developing all components of our smart locking solutions ourselves and manufacturing them within our own production facilities, we have full control over the development, production and supply of the technology.
Our smart locker software is highly efficient and flexible and can be managed and used in different ways, based on subscription. The Keynius portal is available for system and locker administrators to configure, manage and report on lockers, users and locker products. The software is easy to use for both administrators and users via touchscreen, mobile app, or a dedicated web page.
We design, manufacture and supply all the components of our smart lockerwalls. Our lockerwalls come in all shapes and sizes, bespoke tailored and branded for each client. We also service and update existing lockerwalls.
Our smart locks come in two variants – an electronic wired lock and a battery lock. Usage methods include push2open, pop2open, door LED, locker lighting and a USB or power connection. Access options include RFID/QR/BAR/fingerprint scanners and payment terminals.
Our smart, hassle-free payment platform manages and coordinates transactions. The platform eliminates third party payment processers, ensuring ease of use for customers and a lower risk for investors. With this innovative technology, we have complete access to and control over the cash flows of the business.

Easy online management and access to data
The Keynius online platform allows administrators to configure all locker functions, request reports, and view real-time data in the dashboard. In addition to this, administration for locker rental and deposits are also easy to track.
Customers can set up secure registration and authentication in several ways, including RFID, pin code, FaceID, fingerprint or QR code, and can choose whether users operate the locker via the wall terminal, app, web page, or all three.

Keynius Online
Using the Keynius portal, customers can set up their own dedicated locker management website. Keynius Online is a dedicated platform with your logo, costs and business rules.
Without smart hardware, there would be no smart lockers. Our state-of-the-art locker hardware, designed and developed in-house, ensures a seamless connection between the smart lockers and locker management software.
The hardware combines several key components for perfect functionality. These include the lockerwalls and locker shells, the locks themselves, the Smarty terminal for both users and administrators, and the connectivity-ware, which provides the connection between the terminal and the locks.
