The customer finances their smart locker system through a rental purchase contract with the Smart Locking Group. The client is the direct owner of the smart locker wall and the financing is repaid over time with interest and associated project costs. The lockers remain the legal property of the group until the final payment has been made.

RENTAL

The Smart Locking Group owns the smart locker wall during the financing period, with the option for the customer to return or acquire ownership at the end. Financing is paid by means of rent and associated installation and maintenance costs. Smart locker leasing offers scalability, allowing businesses to adjust their locker usage according to fluctuating demand levels.

PAY-PER-USE

A simple and flexible payment model which charges users based on the duration or frequency of locker usage. Users reserve and pay for their smart locker through an online platform or mobile app. The payments are handled by our proprietary system, and real-time monitoring capabilities to track locker usage and calculate usage fees.

HOW WE PROTECT OUR ASSET

Our proprietary smart locker systems enable us to manage and mitigate risks as much as possible during each deployment:

  • If a customer defaults on payment, all locker walls can be deactivated remotely, or in extreme cases, retrieved and deployed upon payment.
  • All transactions for the paid use of the lockers take place on our own Keynius payment platform, which guarantees the control, assessment and monitoring of cash flows.
  • Each locker wall has a mandatory maintenance contract and is automatically monitored 24/7, ensuring that it remains in top condition.
  • Customers are required to take out insurance for compensation in the event of damage or vandalism, and replacement in case of complete defect.
  • Costs for repairs and maintenance are funded by the customer.
  • The support desk is available 24/7 for any enquiries or emergencies.
