HIRE PURCHASE

The customer finances their smart locker system through a hire purchase contract with LAAS Invest. The financing is repaid over time with interest and associated project costs. The lockers remain the legal property of LAAS Invest until the final payment has been made.

RENTAL

LAAS Invest owns the smart locker wall throughout the duration of the contract, with the asset being handed back to us at the end. Financing is paid by means of rent and associated installation and maintenance costs. Smart locker rental offers scalability, allowing businesses to adjust their locker usage according to fluctuating demand levels.

PAY-PER-USE

A simple and flexible payment model which charges users based on the duration or frequency of locker usage. Users reserve and pay for their smart locker through an online platform or mobile app. The payments are handled by our proprietary system, and real-time monitoring capabilities to track locker usage and calculate usage fees.
